Pujerra is one of the most hidden villages in the Serrania de Ronda, with only 350 inhabitants, life in this village is very quiet. Surrounded by chestnut forests, the main event in the area is the chestnut harvest, whose preparations we can see on our route. We visit the village and its viewpoint, from where we can enjoy a magnificent view of the forests, mountains and villages of the area, before returning to the starting point by a different route. And at the end of the route we can visit Igualeja, the village where the River Genal rises from under a huge rock. Time for a break and a few tapas before heading back to the coast in the SUR-walks vehicle.
