El Burgo - Source of the River Turon

A beautiful route along the course of the River Turón, mostly on paths through pine woods, surrounded by mountains and limestone walls

It is a circular route that starts and ends in El Burgo, a small village in the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves. Following the river to its source, we also pass dams, where we can swim if the weather permits. We return by another path and country lanes to the village, where we can have some tapas before returning to the coast in the SUR-walks vehicle
